Ordering 

Where is my order coming from?

Your Canadian Fencing Federation order is being fulfilled & shipped by Primetime Custom (www.primetimecustom.com), the official apparel partner of the CFF.

How do I know which size to order?

Each of the garments in the CFF online store has garment measurements included in the product description. Please make sure you choose the correct size -  we're not able to exchange or refund items that were ordered in the wrong size. 

When will I receive my order?

Please see product information for standard shipping turnaround times. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we produce your order "on demand", so once the goods have gone into production, they cannot be cancelled. 

There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us. Refer to our refund policy for more details. 

Unfortunately, because garments are produced to order, we cannot exchange garments or accept returns of garments that are purchased in the wrong size. 

What happens if my package is lost in transit? 

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages - but if you believe your package has been lost, please email us through our contact page and we will launch an investigation with Canada Post.

Can I ship to outside of Canada?

Not at this time.
